I've been there, more times than I can count, you are not alone!
Therapy with me is your space to pause, breathe, and feel like you again. No judgment. No pressure. Just a steady pocket of time that’s yours.
what does therapy with me look like?
I’m an ACA registered counsellor, trained in postpartum transition, hormone health and trauma healing.
I draw on holistic and body-aware practices within our sessions, like mindfulness and somatic therapy.
Sessions are flexible — some weeks you might just need space to talk, other weeks you’ll leave with practical tools you can use straight away.



can I bring my baby?
Yes mama!
If you have a baby under 12 months old, you can elect to have extended sessions to cater for feeding or fussing that might interrupt our natural flow. This doesn't add any cost to our sessions, just some buffer time.
Please note that this is only available when you book via my booking form for recurring appointments, it is not available for casual Bodhi sessions.
so, how do I book?
I currently have two avenues open for you to book in with me.
If you are ready to commit to recurring appointments, filling out the booking form is your best (and cheapest) option.
